12/9/2023 0 Comments Apple store ala moana closed![]() We were told to collect our key from a little lock box. Another thing that was odd was that there was no reception or other onsite staff which could be called on if required. The kitchen faucet was loose and about ready to fall off – a little basic maintenance would’ve been nice. The kitchen was small and outfitted with only the basics. We also felt the lighting was quite dim in the evenings. I had to lay out all my clothes on the floor along the hallway wall. The apartment was lacking a few basics, such as bedside cabinets and dressers/drawers for storing clothes. A couple of the dining chairs and the couch were covered in stains and were downright disgusting. On the negative side, the apartment was not very well cleaned upon our arrival, especially the floor. There was a good internet-enabled TV with about every channel and streaming service you could want – really a nice setup. It was only a 10min walk to the beach and about 10min over to Ala Moana Mall and beach park. On the positive side, our apartment had an amazing view of Waikiki, right out to the ocean, as well as along the canal – very inspiring! The location also was very good, situated on the western end of Wikiki. We booked it through and stayed in apartment 2703A. We had 4 nights at the Waikiki Monarch and found it to be a strange experience. If it's just a moderately good location, good service, and good value for money, I recommend it! Not recommended for a clean, hotel-like feel. If the resort fee is a waste, use it a lot. The hotel has a variety of programs such as yoga and bracelet making. Please note that it is given without an SD card. There is a table tennis table on the first floor inside the lobby. There is a laundry room on the B1 floor of another tower. You can even hear coughing in the next room. There are small chairs and tables on the balcony, so it's good to sit and listen to live street performances every night. It's not that clean, but everything is there. The Beach Bar right in front is a 3-minute walk. There is an abc store right in front, and a 10-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The most satisfying is the nearby food, the taste is not thick, and the price is higher than other parts of the island. I booked two beds, but a bed in a two-bed room was big enough. The usual equipment in the hotel for travel to stay at the hotel is complete. The specific address is: 1525 Rycroft Street Honolulu. The hotel is in the Ala Moa area, very lively and safe. From the airport to the hotel, it is not expensive to take a drip you can also take a bus, you can buy a pass, and there is a bus stop near the hotel. Fortunately, everything was normal on the flight. After three o'clock in the afternoon, I finally checked in. In addition to the troubles of registration, the attitude and professional quality of the service staff are satisfactory. Also, be sure to prepare Ctrip to confirm the successful booking. In the future, it is convenient to book the hotel with the credit card that the person carries with you. Just because of the formalities, it took a lot of work to credit card authorization during check-in. Compared with the introduction of several websites and travel agencies, I finally felt that Ctrip won the price/performance ratio and booked a room.
